On December 12, 1985, Honolulu Mayor Frank Fasi welcomed the community to Honolulu Hale to celebrate the lighting of a 50-foot Norfolk Pine. Pauline Worsham of Friends of Honolulu City Lights gets us ready for the 39th Anniversary of this joyful holiday tradition.
