Chef Ming Tsai adventures on Maui with Chef Lee Anne Wong, then heads to Kako‘o ‘Oiwi farm in He‘eia, O‘ahu where the chefs gather traditional Hawaiian ingredients, such as taro plants, edible ferns and breadfruit. In the kitchen, Ming and Lee Anne create a sumptuous meal celebrating the heritage of the islands.
