NEWS RELEASE - PBS Hawaii Airs Statewide Spelling Bee - 7 PM Live Broadcast Saturday March 23 - March 15, 2013

Fourteen Hawaii student finalists representing grades 5-8 vie for the state spelling bee championship live from PBS Hawaii's studio. Leslie Wilcox, President and CEO of PBS Hawaii, serves as host and pronouncer.

The winner will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C. to be held May 29-31.
